The Lonza Ethics and Compliance Hotline is a communication platform that allows employees to voice their views and to report issues or concerns they may have at Lonza, in a confidential way. We consider this a critical component in providing a safe, secure, open and ethical workplace within our company.

The Lonza Ethics and Compliance Hotline allows you to communicate your views while at work or from home or other location depending on your preference. The system provides a formal mechanism for follow-up and response. For those who prefer to provide their comments by phone a toll-free number will also be provided. To ensure confidentiality, the toll-free number will be managed by an external service provider.

Lonza has a strict non-retaliation policy. Anyone, who in good faith, raises a concern about a possible ethics or compliance breach will not be subject to any retaliation.
